Food: 2 eggs for breakfast with tea (we're out of coffee!!), 1 sugar-free hot chocolate and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch, and I'm about to have a chicken wrap for dinner. I'm still resisting the chocolate in the kitchen drawer.
Gym: I went! Yahoo! 50 minutes of treadmill and bike later (you know why I had to move to the bike, don't make me type it) and 515 calories later and I'm feeling good. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do about getting dressed for tomorrow - I'm running out of clothes and some of my other clothes don't currently fit...
I'm going to weigh in on Friday. I'll keep you posted on how this week went!

I found one of the best things I've done is pack 3 snacks and a sandwich for work. I eat one snack at 10, lunch (half a sandwich)at 12, another snack at 2 and one more in the car at 4:30 on my way home so I'm not starving when I walk in the door. I try to have granola bars, instant oatmeal is great, the 100 calorie packs, or Nathan and I have even been buying regular cookies, but immediately going home and separating them into 1 serving bags. It's a lot of work, but I'm not so hungry through the day. I still haven't conquered dinner, but I think I have the work day down.
