I ate pretty well for most of yesterday and then I sort of messed up with dinner; which consisted of a beer (light) and then a bowl of cereal at like 11:00pm. Not so good. Its hard dieting and dating at the same time. I have to better stock my cupboards.
Today I'm doing okay, fat free muffin and yogurt w/ fresh berries for breakfast (thank you Cultural Alliance catered breakfast) and for lunch I'm having a salad with some salmon and low fat ginger dressing and lots of water.
This blog is totally keeping me honest.
